10com did an absolutely amazing job with my website design. I completed a questionnaire (regarding the desired content for the website) and they went to work immediately. Within a couple of days they had each of the 5 pages on my site done. It honestly would have been even faster if wasn’t for me taking longer to review everything. Not only did they create a website for me, but they also created my company’s logo. They were extremely patient with me as I was pretty particular about how I wanted the logo to look. Overall, I’m ecstatic with the way they wrote the content, designed the web page, and helped create my company logo.

Got a logo from these guys. They did great work and I love the final result! It was very cheap too. My only concerns is:

- You have to pay up front through their site store. I found this a little strange. I inquired, was directed to the site store so I could add the logo package to my cart and check out, and after I paid they had a project manager reach out. Never had to do that before. There are also no refunds, but it was cheap so the "risk" that I felt like I was taking was minimal. That being said, they can obviously be trusted because they did good work and delivered.

Overall the process took two weeks and four days for me. I was fine with this, no complaints there, that seems to be on-par based on another quote I got from a different/local brand designer.

Highly Recommend. Great company to work with it took a couple of times to my idea of what I wanted so that they could envision my thoughts but once they had it, they did a great job on my logo and are now designing new business cards for me and soon new brochures for our insurance agency. They communicate mainly through email within a day, so as long as your patient the job gets done.
