I have paid ewings $4,600 to publish and promote my 3 books. Thus far, all I have to show for my investment is 2 copies of each. Admittedly, they are nice copies, but I don't think that they are worth $4,600. Since signing with ewings I have received numerous calls from various individuals trying to sell me additional programs and promotions that were supposedly included in the original agreement. Save yourself a lot of money and anguish and go somewhere else.

This scam company has 1 star average on the BBB. This 4.8 star review average is clearly bogus. This company has relentlessly harassed me with unsolicited calls, daily, for over a year. I'm on the do not call list. That is illegal. This company is an utter scam. When I called to complain, the coward hung up in my face. Beware!!!

I've been reading about people paying $4k to get their books published on Ewings. You do realize, I hope, that you can do this for free on Amazon? You can also upload your manuscript and buy physical, high quality copies of your book that get delivered quickly with great Amazon customer service at a wholesale price? They even have a system to help you design your cover. Free. All free, even the cover design pics are free. And if you sign up yourself on Amazon, you can manage your own account and list your books for sale and run book promos.
They have other ways you can promote your book, too, with advertising and a minimum ad buy of only $100 to start. This company (Ewings) is taking advantage of people who don't know how to publish themselves. Amazon has tutorials. I think I'm going to start a company where I help people publish on Amazon for WAY LESS than this bs here. I've been a bestseller on Amazon in multiple counties (#1, and in top 10 for over 10 months straight). You can do it, too. And you don't need to pay someone $4k to do it.
But I've heard nothing but bad stuff about Ewings. I do believe that the positive reviews here, especially the ones that say stuff like "Cindy Lou is the best rep ever and got my book selling fast" was, in fact, written by Cindy Lou herself, employee of Ewings.
There's no way anyone had a good experience here. Just go look at all the BBB complaints.

Please stop cold-sale calling me. I am not interested in your services. Months and months, you persist, despite my repeated requests to remove me from your call list. Do it now.

I am just beginning my journey with Ewings Publishing and have been very happy with the attention I have received. The young man that I am working with, Liam Dawson, has been the best. He has kept me updated with what is going on with my book, and explained the process so this old lady could understand.
Liam is very friendly and easy to talk with. He has been so patient with me and has taken the extra time to listen to my questions and concerns. I know I will probably be talking with other people at Ewings, but hope I can continue to have Liam to guide me.

My experience with this company has exceeded all of my expectations beyond words. Tanisha Johnson is not only a steller and professional expert in her field but makes the experience such a positive and satisfying experience that you know you are in good hands. She is personable, informed, conscientious, reliable and productive.
I have dealt with two other publishing firms that were both filled with one setious issue after another.

I have been fortunate to have awards for my book , 1st in Canada and 2nd in North America, so I speak from a position of knowledge when I recommend The Ewings Publishing Company as the most competent and finiest ppublishing destination to all self publishing writers!!!!

Tanisha, I can not speak more highly of and know she how fortunate I am to have put my project in her outstanding care.

I have published several books with another publishing company, but I can honestly say Ewings Publishing LLC has shown me the BEST top notice service any publisher can ever ask for. Everyone that has been assigned to my account has been amazing from the book creative team, website design team. Eat individual at Ewings has a GREAT feel for what your vision is when you explain it to them from start to finish. Thank You Ewings for making my experience outstanding.

I’m very disappointed in my experience with Ewings Publishing. I would recommend not working with this publisher. They overhype services, don’t respond to messages, e-mails, make false promises and don’t keep you informed. Anything that could go wrong has. I signed with them a year ago to republish a children’s Christmas story. I was contacted by Ewings and given a sales pitch of all they would do to improve and market my book. I have no idea how many books have sold, no way to track or get that information. Many friends and family have purchased but I’ve received nothing. The book quality is subpar, softcover pages are thin and tear easily. The hard cover pages stick together and have inconsistent bindings, some are raised significantly so you must crease the pages from a big bump. It’s embarrassing as an Author. This has been very frustrating and disheartening. I paid 3735.49 for republishing, 2 book fairs, e-mail campaign, letter to traditional publishers and personally purchased 100 soft cover books for 536.49 from the total above. The books arrived a month later with 10 missing and that took 2 months of e-mailing and calling. Unfortunately they arrived one day after a big inner city Christmas giveaway and some didn’t get a book. Their website was down for a week or so during December so I couldn’t post my website for last minute Christmas buys.

Attention! That's what new authors crave. They want attention from their publishers and the reassurance that their creation, their "baby", gets the attention it deserves. Ewings Publishing stands out in assisting new authors by bringing their book to a highly competitive marketplace, all the while attending to the many details that endeavor includes. It's a huge relief for the authors to have Ewings Publishing work with them.
In my own experience, I began with a publishing competitor that misled me causing my efforts to be time-consuming, expensive, and lacking results. Little attention was given to the ultimate goal an author seeks -- book sales!
Thanks, Ewing Publishers. I look forward to a positive future with you.
