I never share bad reviews but hoping this grabs some attention. I wanted to use this location consistently but they failed on customer service and truly should receive this service for free:
- My project took them a month to complete with 4 promised deadlines missed by the staff
- I had to call 6 times to follow up and to get it sized correctly
- Once it was complete it was sent as a wrong size after confirming the order in person and on the phone
- I had to call two more times for them to be sent (after being told they'd be in my inbox within an hour the previous day)
- I asked twice to speak to the manager and was told she would call by the end of day yesterday.. never did
- I am on deadlines myself and it's cost me to back up my timeline for my client which lost me trust and revenue
Yet no one has reached back out to discuss.

Friendly, helpful, competent, and efficient. Working with this company was one of the most pleasant vendor experiences I had when preparing for my daughter’s wedding. They printed the programs for us. If I had known about them in time, they may have been able to do the invitations as well. I highly recommend them.

I needed a lot of signage for my company so I called around and got several quotes. Minuteman Press in Marietta gave me the best quote (by far) so I decided to give them a try. Rachel was very friendly and quick to reply to my emails throughout the entire process. For the price, I wasn't expecting a fantastic print job but I was wrong. The signs looked great! The colors matched exactly how I had designed them and they were very rich on the coroplast. I definitely plan on using them again!
