I ordered a book 2 years ago and had no issues, so I ordered another book for my husband’s birthday on 9/9, I got a confirmation email with my order number and have heard nothing since then. I emailed twice and sent a message on Instagram with no response. I have not received my order or even an email on my order status. I am in the process with my bank to get the charges reversed since they don’t have an issue with charging my card, but they do have an issue with sending me what I ordered and paid for. I will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service (or lack there of)

Last week I purchased the Enthusiastic Drivers Club Sign – Premium T-shirt.

Great T-shirt. The material weight is spot on. The Goldilocks of T-shirts. Not too thin, not too thick and restrictive. This is not a cheap T-Shirt. Imprint is nice and looks like it will last.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Carpe Viam again. And I will. I see a Shifts and Grins T-Shirt in my future. Will be great for drives with my friends and Cars and Coffee meet ups.

STAY AWAY!!!! He takes your money and then ghosts you! I ordered a shirt two months ago and still have not received it. I tried emailing him several times. NOTHING! No response! Now I have to dispute the charge on credit card. Not really sure how he stays in business running a total SCAM! And it looks like I’m not alone on this. Look at the other reviews, same thing. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I ordered a single item on March 2nd, 2024, order #36900, for which my card was charged $34.29. One month, 1 phone call, and 4 emails later, I still have not received the item or even a reply, and now my emails are being blocked. Extremely poor customer service.

12/24/23..Mr. Knowlton followed through and I received my order (pending one item still delayed). He provided a nice bonus item for the delay. All great quality items and graphics. 5 stars deserved.

3 weeks for a couple of t-shirts. Still waiting. 3 emails to customer service, no response. Disputed the charge with my CC. If this "company" isn't a scam, it has the worst customer service on the planet. I would look elsewhere.
