This is a great company in terms of helping faculty to prepare material each semester. We have worked with them for many years to publish lab manuals and other resources for our students. They are wonderful at helping to format the material and make subsequent edits each semester. They are also very good at finding source material for images that we would like to have in the lab manual.

I am also very impressed at their quick turn around time. I have submitted the unedited document with only a month before the semester starts and they are able to work with me to get it out by the first day of class. Great customer service!

The lab manuals they print for us are of great quality and they work with us to keep the cost of the manuals inexpensive which is a great benefit to our students. I very much appreciate such a wonderful resource for our faculty and students!
