I had the experience of receiving customer service from Patti H. I wasn’t able to retrieve my old purchases because I was no longer at the work email address I used to sign up. First, Patti started sending my files in a Dropbox. Then she set it up so I could repurchase the same items using a coupon code with a different email address. I must have had over 50 files and over $600 in purchases. All was not lost. Thank you, Patti so much for ALL OF YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE. I have been using Remedia Publications for years with my Special Needs Students. It is hard to find programs that are adapted to meet the needs of my students (K-12+) that I have taught over the years. Remedia is the best I have found to teach Math, Reading, and Life & Vocational Skills. What I really love is that these materials apply basic Math & Reading Skills to real world applications that our Special Needs Student need and struggle with. It is very hard to find teaching materials for our secondary and post secondary individuals that helps them transition to the "Real World".

Since I began teaching in 1986, I have counted on Remedia publications for engaging, meaningful and no nonsense materials to aide my students in my special education classes. As teachers know, there are never enough materials included in curriculum materials to provide enough practice for students who are functioning below grade level. In addition, materials often focus on the rigor needed for state tests, and there are students who can benefit from the basics. Remedia fills this need.

Remedia's Life Skills Math series has been the foundation of my math curriculum. I have found it's realism and it's emphasis on short simulated activities to be especially helpful in conveying functional math skills. While most of my students do not like math, they do like working on the Remedia materials.

I have been using Remedia ebooks for over 10 years, for my middle school special needs students. I love how subject specific the books can be! I also love how they seem to have special needs students, who are several to many years behind grade leve,l in mind.
