We’re a small business in Tucson, AZ and needed help with some promo items and printing etc. I was referred to Williams and Associates. I couldn’t be happier! Mike invited me their showroom where he showed me my options. It was so nice to see things in person and talk to him about what I had in mind. He was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up ordering stickers, business cards, and my favorite our logo T-shirts. Everything came out perfect! I will definitely be ordering again!

We've been working with Williams & Associates for the last couple of years, we order our branded merchandising from them because their quality is excellent and they deliver on time. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are terrible at getting back to you not one phone call...I show up to their location they promise to call me, haven't heard from them in months. If your in business in Tucson don't waste your time with this company if they don't feel like they are going make a dollar on you they won't bother with you. NOT RECOMMENDED

Update 1/28/2021: I am blown away by this recent post by them I read it!!!!!! I was contacted by Mr. Williams finally and he was full of excuses. I never heard anything about the COVID-19 being the issue for not getting back to us or a temporary close down...this is news to me. I just think this company has a lack of responsibility to it's clients and would rather do business with larger companies so they can make more money. The smaller companies get ignored. The phone disconnection was me hanging up...because I didn't receive not one phone call from you until I posted a review on here. I STILL DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...AND NEVER WILL.
