This is my second trip to Sedona. I met Kim on an individual coaching session with Sedona Soul Adventures in 2022 (working on myself) and knew I wanted to come back to work with Kim on relationship coaching to start dating again after a long period of being single after my divorce. This was yet another life changing experience helping me to achieve my life goals. Kim is truly amazing!! She and I went on two different nature hikes that included yoga and clearing negative thought patterns. Both hikes were amazingly gorgeous and really put me in touch with nature. Kim provided guided yoga and meditations that really helped me be in the “now”. The releasing negative thoughts exercise was very therapeutic. I gathered 6 leaves and with each one released the negative (false) thoughts about dating again by tossing it in the stream and allowing it to “float away”! We took the time to hug a tree and express gratitude for being in this unique setting appreciating the vortex’s positive energy that was clearly present! Kim is an amazing coach who really listens and guided me towards my desired intentions. I am so grateful to have met Kim and to have had these invaluable coaching experiences. I really feel supported to achieve my goals and proceed with confidence in my new dating adventures that await me!!! Thanks, Kim! You are the best!!
