I’m don’t usually write reviews but this place warranted a few minutes of my time. I recently moved to the high dessert area from San Diego and needed a place to provide quality recovery! I stumbled across elixir of health online, I have been pleased with the service and relaxed environment since starting treatment ( Cupping, Cryo, deep tissue massage, Nomatec Boot).The staff is attentive, my experience with Veronica has been pleasant. We connected immediately both being former high performance athletes. She is knowledgeable and a straight shooter and packs a mean elbow!! (massage). Would highly recommend this location for ALL recovery needs adults and youth!

A great facility. I have visited for both cryotherapy and massages and have always had a great experience. Front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. Gayla and Kashara are especially great at their jobs. Veronica too though she sometimes talks a lot. LOL 😉

I’ve been going to Elixir of Health for quite sometime now . The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable . I normally go in for cryotherapy and a massage . That combo is amazing after my session I feel so relaxed I sleep like a baby . I highly recommend this place .

I did compression therapy after my bike ride and I feel great. This helped with circulation and sore muscles. A definite go to for me. I will do it again!

I tried my first cryotherapy session and then a sauna session. The staff were all amazing! Extremely helpful and explained everything to me. My neck stiffness went away actually, I am definitely coming back.

Wow! Wow! Wow! There are so many great things I can say about this place! The owner, Veronica is absolutely incredible at what she does, it’s obvious she is passionate about helping people. My 7 year old and I have been going in and using the sauna for pain and breathing issues and I have been getting treatments with the cryophysio for shoulder pain. I noticed a difference with just one treatment! We normally travel down the hill to get different types of alternative treatments so it’s such a blessing to have Veronica and her amazing staff so close to home. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help you learn about the different treatments they offer. My son absolutely loves Deven! She always greets you with a smile and such positive energy. I encourage everyone to stop by and just check the place out. You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place. Veronica and her staff are excellent and make you feel so welcome. I've done Cryo therapy and infrared sauna the hyperbaric chamber and ionic foot bath. It's a game changer.
