My kid is 6 years old and has been here for almost 2 years.Her reading and writing skills improved a lot. The instructors here are very nice and professional. They teach personalized materials for your kid, definitely helps the student feel much easier at school study. Really recommend to the parents who want to improve kids’ academic skills, you will see the improvement from their transcripts soon!

Finally, I received 93.6% on my final test for Geometry in May 2023! When I first approached Sylvan in San Marino in February 2023, I was struggling with my Geometry class and had received a disappointing C grade. I didn’t really want to go to Sylvan or any other learning centers in the beginning. Now I am so grateful that I took the advice from my parents, and I went to Sylvan for help.

With Sylvan staff members Judy, Maya and Elizabeth exceptional support, they searched and found Griffin as my Geometry tutor. Under Griffin's guidance and support, my confidence and understanding of the subject soared. Griffin ensured that I fully grasped each concept before moving on to the next, creating a strong foundation of knowledge.

My son has been attending Sylvan for a couple of years now. He started with reading and they have helped him tremendously with his reading skills which in turn has boosted his confidence. When they started doing distance learning this past year, I could see that he wasn't grasping the math concepts the same way as when he was in the classroom, so we added math to his plan at Sylvan and it's been wonderful. Everyone at this center is friendly and professional. This has definitely been the right choice for my son.

My son was struggling in math and his teacher recommended Sylvan Center of San Marino to get some extra help. He has now been going there for a few years and we have seen a big improvement. Whereas in the past, he was so anxious to the point of being disconnected, he is now definitely more confident and completely engaged. The instructors at the center have a way of connecting with the kids that makes them feel at ease and they have a knack for breaking down the various concepts to help the kids understand them. And Fabio at the center is awesome; he truly cares about the kids at the center and will tailor the learning lessons to each child’s individual needs. We strongly recommend Sylvan San Marino.

Sylvan has been has be great for learning. I have been here since 3rd grade and they have gotten better and better. They have a great program and kind to everyone. Mr. Miguel is a great teacher and will always help your kid making learning fun.

My daughter was having trouble keeping up with the other students in her grade so we decided to try sylvan. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They helped figure out where she was falling behind and developed a game plan to help her catch up. We went over the bill plans and picked what was affordable and made financial sense for my family. My daughter has grown more confidence sense she started. Definitely made the right choice.
