I had no problem with my business. I had done. Everything is done professionally. You get the best quality for your money. He's the only notary that I know that not only stamp your paperwork, but also seal it with a golden seal. The man is on point. And you can also get paperwork notarized online. His attitude is professional NOT RUDE.

0 stars. This man. I have absolutely nothing good to say. I thought I heard price was $2 because it states 9-5 $2. I came after 5pm so it was supposed to cost more.
Okay my mistake.

I told him that I thought it was $2. He says that’s not the price I gave you the price. It’s $50 and I’m charging you an extra $5 for complaining. I said what that makes no sense.

I really needed the paperwork so I was like w/e and gave him my card through the window.
He takes the card, prints the paperwork, returns the card and KEEPS NOTARIZED PAPERWORK because I was “complaining”. He states he’s not gonna give me the paperwork because I was complying and walks away.

I’m like this has to be a joke.
I start yelling what are you doing?!? Sir give me my documents.
This becomes about a 40 minute back and forth with who I assume are his parents get involved. His argument is that he gave me my card back so he doesn’t have to give me any paper work.
I’m like I did not just sit her for you to keep my paperwork as I’m literally trying to pay you!!

If I had all the time in the world I’d ask him to shred my papers and I’d go elsewhere but I needed to get this in.

Eventually his dad got him to do the transaction (even though his dad was fussy with me too).
And I heard his parents talking and saying it’s because I must not have heard him properly through my he mic.

I’m like.. I can hear you guys in the other room. O can absolutely hear him.
Anyway DO NOT GO THERE.

I came here earlier today to get some paperwork notarized. This seems to be a business ran from his home. After sitting down with him, I realized this establishment is much more professional and organized than a lot of other places. I would recommend this to other people. It’s probably best to call before arriving though.

I have been coming to this notary for the past 2 yrs hands down anything you need notarized whenever you need it. His work is very precise and professional. Passport pics any type of documents you need printed he does it all. Only notary I ever been to with a beautiful gold stamp lol I notice the little things. Kuka notary will always be hands down my place to go for all things notary. Thank you for the services you provide to us for the best prices in town. I've been to this maniac several times for simple 1 pg documents. He always had a rude vibe, but for the speed, price and proximity to home I dealt with it. This last time I went w/ a hefty loan document and he was downright ABUSIVE. The worst customer service I've ever had. Disrespectful, nasty, insulting, trifling as hell...not enough words to describe him. He should be stripped of his credentials just for how terrible his customer service is. TIP: get the price before you sit down and hand him your papers. He will create a rate on the spot and rip you off. He charged me $140 and I had to pay it because he had my papers hostage in his dingy little basement office. Never again.

This man insane trying to charge me 60$ for a notarized absentee ballot soon as he said that i said “NEVA MIND” and went on my merry way. he like “nobodies gonna do it for free” (mind you the bank does) , but I just went to a law firm that did it for 5$ the actual price it cost to do that type of document plz .i dont even leave reviews much but I hate when people know how hard it is these days and try to take advantage very weird thing to do
