It costed $2 for 1 b&w print ($1.5 for 15mins of computer use + $0.5 for one page). I’d only use it if I had no other options.

state legal limit charge for in person simple notary services are $2. This gentleman charges $3.
When asked about this discrepancy, he replied "we can charge whatever we want"
Be wary.

Update, NY STATE has made it more difficult to find a notary. They have established guidelines demanding more work by requiring a log with client info be kept of the notarization but without increasing the cost of notarization.

While I do not agree with this notary's decision to ignore the legal standards in terms of cost, I do understand the why, as the price of this service has not gone up for over twenty years.
If it were a simple act of witnessing a signature, I would not budge on my stance of cost as it is a VITAL service that even the impoverished need to use and afford. But it has become more tedious for the notary and more sufficient compensation is in order.

I will add two stars because he was willing to keep his nightly notary license and provide a service that is becoming increasingly difficult to find and call it even.

Btw, I have taken to "tipping" notarys in light of the extra work they are not obligated to provide.

I don’t know why people are so rude. This place helps with faxing, copying, etc. And yeah it feels weird to pay for such stuff, but they gotta make a living.

I don't recommend this place if you have sensitive information to print out. Because they look at the documents that are being printed with total disregard of their customers privacy. Very shady
