Edit; I appreciate your wordy response, it is unfortunate that this was the only way to get a response to my multiple texts, calls and emails. Your interpretation is definitely a different picture than what I have been experiencing. Again, communication should be key when running a business and due to the LACK of it, I was not informed that you’d be off the week of Thanksgiving and the reasons for the delay.

AVOID!!.. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!

As a business owner, I pride myself in both customer service and communication. Socal Resumes (Ashley) FAILED in both aspects. She did not meet her obligation as promised. Her customer service was terrible and she would not return multiple phone calls, texts or emails.

My resume was returned 2 weeks past its due date even with me reaching out to her with reminders. She failed to return multiple calls, texts, and emails asking for an update. Once my resume was received, it lacked substance. Part of my package included 2 revisions. To this day she has not completed any revisions. It has now been 3 weeks and again, NO communication. She received my resume on November 7th and I'm still waiting for completion.

This was not worth the money or time! I should have focused more on the more recent negative feedback than her outdated positives

DO NOT PAY UPFRONT! I was very dissatisfied with the service received from Ashley. The first draft of my resume was basically copied and pasted from the one I provided to her. The experience below each job did not flow with the job title. She did not deliver my products within the timeframe promised nor did she provide two revisions on all of my documents as stated. She did not upload my LinkedIn profile which was part of my package. She was very non responsive after the initial contact and very brief in her responses. I WOULD NOT recommend her services to anyone, please search around for another company that can deliver on their word.
