There is construction right now so the parking lot is very small, but we went during a slow weekday, so there wasn't a problem with parking. I did have to go back to the car because they do not allow purses or bags inside... Nice people working there, though.

Honestly, my experiences here have always been positive, which is a first for me when it comes to a government office. My only complaint is how limited the parking is, but I'd rather that be the problem than anything else.

I came here to my passport application reviewed and was told to mark renewal instead of ordering a completely new passport by one of their employees. Because of this they denied mailing me my passport and I am now having to pay over $200 to get a last minute one. Teach your employees to give people the correct information.

They only submit licenses to the state once a month, so be prepared for your records to not show up on the state's database for a long time.

Great city government office. They are amazingly helpful whether it's a marriage license that's needed or during elections/votings, they're extremely helpful and efficient. Thanks Benton county clerk's office. It's enjoyable whenever I go in!
