I had to place a bulk order for our business. I requested a quote and was offered a competitive price same day. Additionally I was able to use a coupon code on top of the quoted price, making my order about $200 cheaper then the next best priced competitor. I was very pleased with that result! The books arrived in great shape and during a reasonable time frame with the cheapest shipping option. If you're in a hurry you definitely want to upgrade your shipping option though. Also, I didn't automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking option. This is something BookPal could improve, at least on standard shipping orders that will take a little while to get to the customer. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and my interaction with BookPal employees. If I'm in need of books in the future I will definitely consider them first to place my order.
