Dealing with Tellwell was a wonderful experience! The staff were always prompt, attentive, and understanding of my needs as a first-time author. Their online portal chronicles your "publishing journey" and critical steps very well, in an easy-to-follow manner, with plenty of video tutorials along the way. I will also say that any time I had a concern, it was always answered promptly and thoughtfully; things were resolved in fairly short order. I also really liked their marketing support function and tips to improve your promotional efforts. I will say one thing: you will get more out of it if you are highly motivated.
