This business handled my personal/business taxes, Lauren was such a delight to work with, she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Even when I needed to provide reports, she guided me to where I could find them and was available for further assistance if necessary. She even made sure to list all the deductions I could provide her with for my benefit. If I decide to keep my business, this is the company I will use next year. Excellent customer service. I’m very impressed with this Agee Business Solution. This is my 3rd year doing my e-commerce business and my 1st time actually using an accountant. I’m so thankful that I did. I was able to use deductions I wasn’t even aware of. Lauren was very quick to respond to questions and was very patient with me while I had 1000 other things to do, also sent me reminders when I needed them. Price was also VERY reasonable. Definitely recommend.
