Do NOT use this company, they claim to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, when we were not satisfied, they wouldn’t refund all the money! They also didn’t get the writing accurate after 3 different writers… they used inaccurate data and fabricated things that weren’t discussed to try and make the story “more interesting” disregarding facts! We keep getting phone calls from this company claiming they want to finish our book, they have made this process an absolute nightmare, the male writers are misogynistic and talk condescendingly to my wife, overtalk you if they disagree with you, claim they have given our money back we gave them $5050 and they refunded $3500 and refuse to return the $1550 we had to file a complaint with the credit card company… do NOT use this company!!!

Also! I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they lied to the company claiming they did work for us, when the disputed costs were supposed to be for distribution… they ask for money every week claiming it’s for things you haven’t even gotten to! Then when we weren’t satisfied, refused to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee… they lie and are thieves!! Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

In October 2023, I signed up for a 3-month marketing-only package for my book. Here we are 10 months later, and although there's an author website, and social media pages with postings, there are ZERO FOLLOWERS AND ZERO SALES. They have strung me along with excuse after excuse, such as "oh, there's a new project manager, so things will be better" - that was early May
2024. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but all I get is lengthy phone calls with upsell attempts. You can do much better than this company. BARNES GHOSTWRITING: REFUND ME!

Update: Sept. 2024 I was promised a refund after 90 additional days if they failed to sell enough books for me to get my money back. They didn't sell even one book, but refused to provide a refund.

Update: Nov. 2024 I'm told that none of the project managers who have worked on my project "started the process" for marketing, and to give them a few days to provide results.

Fake! Fake! Fake! All these good reviews (5 stars) are not real. Please, run for your dear life. Don't sign up with this company as it will be the worst decision you will ever make. You will surely REGRET it as I did. If you sign up with them, your money is gone. Barnes Ghostwriting deserves something far below one star. Once you talk about a refund, they will stop talking to you.
I have already put in a HUGE amount of money into my project (book), to no avail. I lost everything. So, beware!!!

I say it again, DON'T EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Replying Barnes Ghostwriting: Can you stop lying, please. You are not resolving anything for me. Have you done anything till this day, 11/07/2024? Stop lying and deceiving the public. THAT IS VERY WRONG. Please stop calling me with different numbers when you know you are not ready to RESOLVE my issues. Are you trying to buy MORE TIME or what?
