To get hold of your account contact, near impossible. To have your account contact removed from your project, but not notified. To not have the project fulfilled, disappointing. To not have access to sales reports, or even the number of people looking at your books, or even royalties (when notified there were royalties owing). How can a company not know this information. The staff and account contact I was dealing with were amazing people, but now where are they? Yes I also contacted BBB but still nothing. I would like my books removed and taken off the market, and the refund promised... that will not be seen either. It is very disappointing to experience this, it is a shame because this makes it hard for the good publishers out there.

The team will promise you anything to sign contracts that cannot be fulfilled.
Book placement, screenplays are just a few of the scams.

Total scam. I was supposed to get a refund and did not. Big fabricators!! I have reported them to the BBB but that didn’t seem to accomplish much at all. Save your money and find a more reputable firm.
