APTF - the online course and especially Adrian and Amanda's guidance - have been a precious resource on my path-finding journey. I've felt welcomed, seen, and empowered from the very beginning, they're the kind of (talented, skilled, empathetic) coaches who truly show up for you, infusing every interaction with kindness, purpose, and clarity. Considering my move overseas and the need for a visa, my situation is a bit of a unique case, and yet I'm happy to report that after a year of soul-searching and exploration I've reached the point where I got everything aligned for a beautiful new chapter of my life and work. I would like to offer a deep bow and a huge THANK YOU to Adrian and Amanda for their presence and guidance. They are a gift for everyone who gets to work with them.

A Path That Fits (APTF) was first recommended to me by my therapist in late 2023 because of how unhappy I was at my job. Like many others, I had chosen a major in college and my jobs thereafter based on advice I had been given as a child – in my case, do something that has job security and makes good money. Nine years into my career, I had worked very hard, gotten multiple promotions, and made good money, but I hated my job. For the first time in my life, I lacked motivation, zoned out at meetings, and stopped caring about my work quality – all red flags for me. I joined APTF with the hope that I could discover a career that would bring more meaning to my life while maintaining my lifestyle.
I joined the Career Pathfinder Group Coaching Program which offers a fully built-out online course, group coaching sessions, accountability buddy assignments, and access to the APTFs Facebook community group. I really appreciated how much thought went into the creation of the course. The first handful of modules guided me through a thought-provoking and insightful process to discover and/or reacquaint myself with my innate gifts, passions, and personality. It prompted me to engage in deep reflection and unlocked a type of child-like honesty and joy for who I truly am and what I like to do without the judgements of, “Will this make money?” and “Is this realistic?”. It was freeing and was the first step to me believing I could find something more meaningful to do for a career.
During the second half of the course, I enjoyed the practical tools provided to help me research jobs that align with the above findings, conduct informational interviews, test drive your new career, and handle fears and limiting beliefs as they come up. I loved that the course was designed in a way that takes into account the spiritual, emotional, and practical aspects of going through a career pivot – a truly holistic approach.
Amanda Halabi (one of the coaches) was an instrumental part of my journey. As a self-starter and fairly disciplined person, I didn’t initially see the need for a coach, however I will tell you right now that it makes ALL the difference. The process of thinking about, doing the research, and actually undergoing big career changes is overwhelming. For every moment I would gain hope and optimism during the course, I would later experience even stronger feelings of uncertainty, doubt, and fear of naivety. Every conversation I had with Amanda left me feeling the complete opposite. She would help me reconnect with the part of myself that had the courage to embark on this path in the first place, find self-compassion for the ups and downs of the journey, reframe discouraging thoughts from my inner critic, and walk away feeling at peace that I was exactly where I needed to be. It was her coaching that ultimately helped me gain the inner strength and resolve to do what I knew I had to for a while, but couldn’t get myself to do – quit my job so that I can have the time and space to reconnect with who I am outside of my corporate image in order to find a more meaningful path in life.
As I write this, I am 1.5 months into my journey post quitting. I am currently exploring career and life coaching, still very much following the steps outlined in APTFs, and seeking Amanda’s coaching along the way. While it’s scary to not have a source of income, I also have a deep knowing that this is the right move for me. The excitement, curiosity, energy, and passion I feel each day as I explore my new career interest is equally freeing from the many restrictions and limiting beliefs I had placed on myself for years. I give a lot of credit to Amanda for helping me realize the gravity and impact of said limiting beliefs/fears so that I may gain the strength to challenge them.

I took Adrian's career course about 1 - 2 years ago and it was life changing in the best way possible! The program was very accurate, thorough, and insightful in order for me to gain a better understanding of who I am in a professional sense that aligns with my values, priorities, and season of life. After taking Adrian's course, I took an additional course in my field of interest, volunteered extensively, and landed my ideal role. I'm now a mediator. My career doesn't feel like work, but a gift to help, add more hope and peace to others lives. I am forever grateful for this program and Adrian. A definite game changer!

I found A Path that Fits when I was at a crossroads between jobs. I wasn’t happy in my current work but with so many paths ahead of me I didn’t know what to do and the sheer amount of options to sift through was overwhelming. I began searching for placement/recruiting help then came across reverse recruiting and then career coaching in an effort to find expertise that could help me leverage where I was to what I could do.
Stumbling upon A Path that Fits is already one of the best things I’ve ever done. I had an intro call with Amanda and was immediately struck by how passionate, supportive and knowledgeable she was. I took the course and swiftly learned more about myself in the first section of the course than I had through alot of my life. You start off with a bunch of self discovery so you can fit what you do to who you are. Through the entire process, Amanda and Adrian were the most supportive, helpful and encouraging people you could ask for. They do monthly group coaching sessions and also check in personally with each member through the process. It couldn’t be more clear to me how much they care about the outcomes of the people they work with and helping them find their path. The process not only led me to get to know myself better but I am beginning down an exciting new career path I wouldn’t have discovered without Adrian, Amanda and A Path that Fits. I think this should be required work for anyone in high school trying to select a career! Could not recommend more highly!

A Path That Fits was the third coaching program I turned to and by far the best. I opted for the online program because self-pacing worked for me. And in short, it was a life-changer. Yes, the program helped identify a vocation/career as expected, but more important and more valuable was the better understanding of self it brought. So rather than just looking for a job, it helped me first understand who I am, what I naturally gravitate towards, and what I am naturally good at. So rather than a job, it provided me a list of to criteria that a job needs to fit ME. All of a sudden I was doing the interviewing versus the other way around. It was so refreshing. I can honestly say I get up everyday loving what I do, and it’s such a different feeling after 10 years of running a business that wasn’t aligned with who I am. I recommend you give this program a shot if you are truly looking for something that can truly be life-altering. In fact, I continue to work with Adrian from APTF on a one-to-one basis years after being in the program because the guidance and direction are that invaluable to me. Few things in life make such significant differences, and this did for me; and I hope it does the same for you.

I had an incredible experience with A Path That Fits. The program provided me with the valuable tools and resources I needed to succeed in redesigning my professional career.
The program's curriculum was comprehensive and very well-structured. I was able to make progress at my own pace and gained valuable insights into my own strengths and gifts at this stage in my life leading me to finding my new career path! Adrian and his team are talented coaches and supportive, always willing to answer questions and provide assistance.
The group coaching sessions and bi-weekly sessions with fellow participants in the program were invaluable, allowing us to build relationships and support each other along the way.
Overall, I am extremely grateful for the experience I had with A Path That Fits. I learned a great deal about what changes I needed to make to be in true alignment with myself and I feel happier and excited about this next chapter in my life.

After months of feeling stagnant in my career, I signed up for the Career Pathfinder Coaching program. The course, which was the most affordable option, is well-developed and provides a vast array of resources for self-reflection and action. Group meetings on Zoom provided a sense of community, solidarity, and inspiration. The outcome for me was a nuanced shift in my professional life, but the self-inventories and reflections could also lead to a bigger career change. I highly recommend the course to anyone who senses a need for a career shift, small or large.

I signed up for 3 sessions with A Path That Fits on a whim after getting laid off from my longtime job and feeling completely lost as to where I wanted to take my career next. I went into it expecting standard interview prep, maybe some feedback on my resume - nothing mind-blowing. What I got instead was exactly the right type of personal connection I didn't know I needed from Amanda Halabi, the coach I happened to choose at random. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure she was tailoring our few sessions together to my experience and my aspirations, and our conversations were so thorough and expertly led that I truly felt like I was speaking to a particularly empathetic therapist, rather than a career coach. Amanda put so much effort into just her email communications with me and so much prep into our sessions that I can wholeheartedly state that my experience was well worth the money. I ended each session feeling amazed and incredibly grateful that Amanda and I happened to cross paths exactly when I needed the guidance of someone like her to help me navigate the start of an uncomfortable transitional period in my life. With coaches like Amanda working at A Path That Fits, I would enthusiastically recommend their work to absolutely anyone looking to make a change.
