Ivyboost was super useful throughout my college application process. I usually struggle with writing essays and time management, but I managed quite well through Ivyboost. My counselor, Jennifer, supported me throughout the whole process and had frequent meetings with me to discuss the schools I wanted to go to and goals I wanted to set for myself in terms of essays. This also meant meetings set specifically for the sake of improving my writing skills in order to improve my essays. In general, I definitely would not have accomplished as much as I did without the help of Ivyboost. I got accepted into Johns Hopkins University, Boston University, and University of Rochester to name a few!

The essay mentoring part of the service was equally as good. Drew's (my essay mentor) meticulous approach to breaking down essays in terms of structure, content, and diction was invaluable. The brainstorming sessions were particularly helpful, sparking ideas that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. What I appreciated most was the flexibility in scheduling; no matter how busy either of us got, I could always find a time that worked for both of us. Drew is an amazing writer and provided abundant guidance to make my writing impactful.

Update April 15, 2024: A few hours after posting this review and copying Tony in the emails, I got a response. I can change the review from 1 stars to 4 stars.

The quality of the consultation was excellent, save for this rather uncanny episode with the refunding. Their essay writing professionals did an excellent job, and it really brought my essays to a new level. They offer 10-hour essay writing for $1000, or 4 hours for $500.

April 14, 2024: WARNING! THEY WONT REFUND YOU!!

I purchased a 4-hour essay editing package from IvyBoost for college admissions, with a valid refund policy. The service was top notch, but I used only 3 hours. I asked for a refund over a month ago and have still yet to receive it. Numerous emails and calls went unanswered.
