Entered into contract for services at a discounted rate. That was in August of last year. Now it is May. They got my book published but have yet to complete all terms of the contract.
The experience overall, at every step of the process, was torturously slow. They provided a constant litany of disappointment, and nightmare of frustration.
I most emphatically do not recommend this outfit. If you have the opportunity to use them... DONT!
I foolishly bought into their deal, but never again! Once was more than enough, and I will never use their services or lack thereof.

UPDATE: 5 MONTHS AFTER MAKING THIS INITIAL POST... THEY STILL HAVE NOT FULFILLED THE CONTRACT!!!!!
