Probably the lowest level of customer service support I have ever received from a local bookstore. I have sent in several emails about the issues I am running into and have never received a response. I am a bit confused on why they have a customer support email if they aren't going to utilize it. I have had to call in after multiple days with no response to hear how the issue isn't their fault and they have no plan to follow up on correcting it. Highly recommend you pick another bookstore to purchase from.

The customer service is horrendous. I pre-ordered a book (that was written by a friend of mine) and they told me it wouldn’t be sent until it was released, which is totally fine.
I then never got anything nor heard from them. After emailing them I got a reply from someone saying they had an incomplete address and then gave me names of people there were not me ()
I proceeded to give them my name, address, and order number. I never heard a word from them again until I finally canceled my order.
Never using this company again. Awful.

I dont"t recommend buying any books from PORCHLIGHT BOOK COMPAGNY !

I have taken an order for a book where it said that the cost of shipping it overseas would be around 6 US dollars before I made the payment ! But when I received the invoice, the shipment cost more than the price book ! 20 US dollars instead of 6 ! Very unhappy about the way you this book company treats their customers ! A Book Company have special deals with the Post Office and to send a book to Paris, France doesn't cost 20 Dollars ! That's not honest at all ! If I'm writring here, it's to let people know about your fraudulent way of making commerce and how you take advantage of customers overseas ! You should be ashame ! You are only here to make MONEY MONEY MONEY ! Shame on U, PORCHLIGHT Book Company !
