Citi of Books set me up with a brilliant radio interview with Benji Cole to promote my book, "Thoughts from October." They posted this interview across their Facebook and Instagram platforms and stimulated the sales of my book through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. It was wonderful to work with such a generous group of people and I recommend to everyone that is looking to increase the sales of their manuscript... to work with Citi of Books. You will really enjoy the experience.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Citi of Books, not only by book specialist Zari, who assisted me with not only the cover of my book but corrections to the manuscript.
Fabio, their sales manager was thorough in explaining the companies services, and promptly returned all calls and addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion, I’m happy I found them as a self-published author.

Nicole Kendrick’s responses are phenomenal. She connects with you which is very important for me. Each time we have an opportunity to speak to each Nicole would always ask my about my Siberian Husky who’s name is ReeRee. That means a lot to me. Nicole is very personal and no matter what the cause is, she tries her best to ascertain things. I’m glad to be apart and appreciated by Nicole and CitiofBooks! Authors will not go wrong when choosing to be apart of this family. Thanks guys and a special thanks to Nicole Kendrick!

I am a self-published author of a historical novel that was well received and reviewed, but lacking in exposure. Therefore, I was surprised to receive a representation offer from Citi of Books. The call came at an inopportune time when I was busy with another matter, and we had just received a scam call over our house line. The subsequent caller was Mr. James Lewis, and I assumed that he, too, was just another scam caller. In addition, I am hard of hearing and the phone isn’t exactly HiFi. Bottom line, it was an unpleasant conversation directed at him. Yet he persisted and we finally came to an agreement of continuing our contact by email. In the interim, I researched the credibility of Citi of Books both online and on the BBB site and decided to go ahead with the offer. Thereafter we communicated flawlessly by email.
The following contacts went extremely well. I found Mr. Lewis a skillful and considerate representative of the firm, along with Aiden Blake who took over the particulars of the project. She is supremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, while skillfully navigating the countless elements of the production process, from the very start to the last detail and announcement that the novel has been launched. Her attention to detail is uncanny. She manages the process without offending the authors, which calls for tact and excellent negotiating skills. To summarize, after the unfortunate initial phone call, the process was flawless, thanks to her and the production crew. If I had to assign grades, I would, without hesitation, award the five-star rating.

No way competition could exceed what I experienced with Ms Aiden Black. She took this old man through an expert ride on how to edit and proof a sloppy manuscript. This lady knows the ropes of a very competitive business. My best wishes for her success. No doubt she'll tame the whirlwind of the book business.
