As a legal assistant, I've been using Quantum for several years at multiple different firms, and they've remained my favorite company to use. They're super helpful, reliable, quick, and always get the job done right…and sometimes Jake even brings warm cookies to the office, which is such a nice surprise during a stressful day in the litigation world! In addition to lots of printing/delivery of appellate briefs and miscellaneous printing projects, I’ve used QLS for an electronic discovery project and was very impressed (though not surprised) with their attention to detail. I have been using Quantum for my legal copying, printing, binding, etc. needs for several years now. The professionalism they have when dealing with confidential legal documents is above par. The reliability with picking up documents timely and delivering the finished products timely is top notch. I can honestly say over the several years I have never had a job come back to me past the time I requested it. As well, the work product is outstanding - I cannot remember a time when I had to call and indicate that something was done incorrectly. Truly unmatched.
