Manuscript products are so amazing . Loved their quality standards . Each & every product is carefully curated to meet the needs of artists of different mediums . Used the dual tips pens , watercolour brush pens, acrylic inks , shimmer inks etc and my personal favourite are the watercolour brush pens ?❤️❤️

Brilliant service, I got a pen as a Xmas present, 2 years later it stopped working, when I contacted Manuscript, the pen was a discontinued model, within one week a new model pen arranged free of charge,

Purchased a pen which had developed an issue. This was way way out of its warranty period and so was only looking for an opinion. I asked Colin and the team if they could look at my pen and advise. They went to the makers on my behalf and were persistent and dogged and as a result the makers of the pen replaced it free of charge. It would have been much easier for the Company to have given a standard “it’s out of warranty but we can sell you another” response but instead they went over and above. So I would of course suggest that this would and should be your first choice of supplier

I received my Master Italic Fountain Pen from The Manuscript Pen Company and what a delight they both are!
Firstly, communication and delivery from this company is first class and I thoroughly recommend it. Secondly, my Master Italic Fountain Pen is everything I could ask for in a fountain pen, lovely to hold, smooth to write with and crisp sharp lines, if it was food it would be Michelin starred. I am a calligraphy artist and my preferred tools are dip pens, and nibs (Manuscript), however, I will certainly be using my new Fountain Pen regularly.

It ruined already two of my works!
The ink supposed to be water resistant but was not.
I waited a whole day to let it dry in order to colour with watercolor on top and it smudged all! So disappointed and furious

I purchased the beginner's calligraphy set. I followed the assembly instructions to the letter. The pen didn't work. Would not reccomend to anyone. It was very disappointing.
