I signed with Xulon Press/Liberty Hill Publishing about two months ago to publish my latest book, and working with them has been absolutely superb. First, I worked with Cari Caryl, who was their point person in my manuscript review process and selected the type of services I need with this book. She worked with the team who did the evaluation, and recommendations, which went flawlessly. Next, I worked with Michelle Ramos, in charge of the pre-production team. She assigned a superb editor and helped me get all the other items in order and to standard. She just approved all items today and handed it off to production. One other thing I like about Xulon is the author dashboard they have for all the steps. It really makes the process easier and puts everything at your fingertips, which Michelle helped me complete. So far, this publisher has been great. I look forward to the next weeks of production and printing.

My first conversation with Xulon was with Sylvia Burleigh. She was informative, did not pressure, provided options, encouragement, knowledge, professionalism and showed true care about my objectives and passion. Her focus was not just about money; but, instead what can Xulon Press provide to make my vision a reality. What a great start! The positive experience continued with Michelle Ramos in the pre-production stage. She made this stage less stressful by always being responsive and by providing personable, caring, prompt, knowledgeable, easy to understand step-by step instructions and professional interactions. I truly appreciated not being made to feel dumb when asking questions and guidance! The editorial team was super, catching details to help make my book be the best it could be. This my first effort at authoring a book. From the first call I made to them to now at the typesetting stage, they have been excellent. Each person is very knowledgeable of their process. Everything they've told me was going to happen has come to pass. Everything they've promised has happened in a timely manner. In short, they've taken the stress out of what I feared would be a very stressful process.

I have had excellent response from Xulon Press. As a first time author "Chad's Story" was challenging to write and I needed all the guidance I could get. As a first-time author, I appreciated the professional support from the Xulon Press team who helped put my book together, Son of the Heartland, On the Way to the Promised Land. The entire team were unfailingly helpful in their specific disciplines, from account management and accounting to continuous editing oversight, photo editing, cover design, marketing, and quality control. My concerns over alleged missteps by Xulon in prior authors' experiences disappeared quickly after working with several Xulon teammates, especially the editing team and the account manager. I look forward to asking Xulon to handle the publishing of my next book.

I wrote a book approximately 15 years ago and sold over 5,000 copies. The self-publishing experience was difficult, since I was fully responsible for advertising, distributing, and selling my book. The Xulan Press experience has been amazing. Although I was apprehensive in the beginning, the process to get my new book published has been flawless. My book "Prophetic Redemption" was handled professionally at every stage of the journey. A special thanks to Jason (beginning phone call), Erica (designing and typesetting), Corey (printing), and Marc (ordering). I am not certain why this company has a 2.6 Google Review score other than possibly spiritual warfare. If I could give a ten star rating, this company would receive it. I am a Veteran and a verified Google reviewer. If you question the other reviews, please consider this as a true testimony from an experienced self-published author.
