Finished my paperwork with Dale in person at the Albrae office for an online reservation. Dale was really helpful in explaining all the terms & conditions and patiently explained some terms a few times so we could understand before we committed. The process was seamless and everything went as planned - would recommend talking to him if you are interested in renting out a space!

The storage has convenient access with your phone other than that the roll up doors are super hard to open. They already know that they don't work right but have not fixed all of them.. beware of the hours 626 isn't much access to your unit

I like this location, looks decently kept and secure. The property manager on site, Dale, is a great guy. He’ll answer any questions you have, and lets you know if there’s no definite answer so you don’t get misled.

Bonus: If you like cars, you’ll get a great convo with him too.

This guy Dale is very friendly yet professional. Don't be alarmed by the neighborhood. Dale makes up for this locations' shortcomings. The economy and recession have caused many issues involving the lack of affordable homes in the area. I'm so glad I dropped in versus struggling on the internet. Dale solved my short-term storage and packing problems. He also explained the best options for my situation at a good value. He trained me on the Public Storage app and the locks. The new Public Storage is very automated.

I originally was using storage facilities at Extra Storage Space. I needed a location with outdoor access, and at a price that wasn’t going to increase by $80 in three months of moving in, and more recently, property access via an app rather than getting out of the car to type in my access code. That’s when I discovered Public Storage on Albrae in Fremont. My only concern is the door to my unit was too heavy for me to lift (I am only five feet tall). Dale called me ASAP as this was an issue, and I thought I would have to find yet another storage facility. He said there was a unit with a lighter door and asked if I wanted it. Heck yes! I moved in that weekend! He showed me how to use the app to enter, helped me set up auto pay, and I have been one happy camper! Dale is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and a good listener. The move to Public Storage from another facility was stressful but Dale made it a positive experience.
