SoCal Self Storage is the most convenient cleanest and easiest way for me when getting a storage. I've been with the other storage companies off and on for 25+ years,and SoCal is the best of them all . The staff ( Moses) helped me in every way and made me feel like a winner after purchasing a unit right off the elevator, exactly what I was looking for because of my back problems. Getting to my unit literally took 2 minutes not 5 or 8 like it took from the rest ( walking) I highly recommend this place and if you take my advice go ask for Moses as he is very knowledgeable in his expertise. He will do his best to get you what you're looking for at the right unit and price. I'm Jason Morimoto and this statement is ? true !!!

SoCal Storage in Hollywood is the best! The facility is clean and secure, access is easy and Moses, Doris and Jesse are extremely helpful and kind. The convenience in having storage so close to home makes it the perfect option. Carts are always available to use as needed. Plus, they offer free use of a moving truck to move in! They offer a variety of sizes/pricing of units, and I love the overall size of the facility, in that it is modest and mellow, not overwhelming and not overcrowded. Parking is easy and elevators run smooth.
I highly recommend!

I’ve had the loveliest experience with SoCal storage. The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The units themselves are clean and easy to navigate and there’s plenty of options for space. I have a 5x10 and my things have been secure since I moved stuff in. The entire process of getting the unit, moving in, and getting things as needed is smooth and my things are safe. Security is excellent also. Highly recommend if you want to feel safe and secure about your things, and have an easy process of storing them.

Not sure how much more pleasant and accommodating a storage unit can be! Rented a unit here for ten years with no complaints.

Super clean, air conditioned (really important during the summer months), with music softly playing in the hallways. Sufficient lighting and good business hours. Carts for loading and transport between car to unit in good working condition. Everything seems to be well-considered and cared for, up to the signs posted and Hollywood star-themed murals decorating each floor by the elevator. Even the bathroom is comfortable and well-maintained. Extremely friendly staff — just excellent customer service.

Rental rate increases are infrequent and always compliant with local LA County law. Always communicated by a mailed letter in a reasonable amount of time.

Easy-to-use online payment system. Responsive communication during the few times something technical went wrong.

I’ve only used one other storage unit that’s a national chain with an orange-theme. It simply doesn’t come close to the standard SoCal Storage Hollywood has set!

My experience with SoCal Storage was the best. Doris and Moses were incredibly helpful. I had a storage unit with them for just over a year. When I was moving out, they were super accommodating. I am very grateful! Not to mention that they had water and snacks waiting for us. I highly recommend this location because of the quality of the storage spaces as well as the people working there. I felt so welcome! Above and beyond!
