I had my wedding invitations printed at Minuteman. They required a custom cut with specialty folds. After my venue canceled, I had to have the invitations reprinted. The first time, they had them to me in two days. The next time, they had them completed the same day. Both times, they were friendly, efficient, and priced fairly. The quality was beautiful.

Blown away by the customer service!
We've been looking everywhere for a printing place that could help us print out some pages for a journal prototype we've been working on. We went to Minuteman Press and we're helped immediately by a friendly man named Steve at the counter. We discussed what we were looking for, he gave us several options, and started printing right then. We were in and out of there, with our project in hand in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! And that was not rushing! The cherry on top, because what we asked for was under $5 he didn't even charge us!! He smiles and said "it's community service have a great day" we tried to insist but he wouldn't take it.
We will definitely be coming back for all our printing needs and recommending them to everyone we know.
Which btw, judging by their display, there's nothing they don't print.

I can see why this business has so many 5 star reviews. I was in a pinch for some funeral card as another printer was terrible. They worked very quickly and have a very easy process to approve the order. I am so thankful for their help. They are a reasonable price, have ample parking and have a quality product at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

Fantastic business with wonderful customer service! I had five pieces of digital art that I wanted to print; Minuteman Press was responsive to all my questions and was quick to supply me with a price quote. Katherine took the time to talk with me and together we worked out the best medium for my art prints. The art came out looking amazing, all within 1 hour of working with Katherine in-person. Minuteman Press is also taking steps to ensure customer safety with social distancing rules in place. Overall, excellent customer service and a definite recommend!

The owner of this location Mehmood Khan is a deceptive scammer. I've worked with MMP in riverside ca and had no issues. He deliberately gave me an undetailed quote and overcharged me for the project. I requested 10.5pt Matte paper for funeral programs and he accepted the job. When I arrived to get the finished product it was printed on paper that was 16 pt which prevented the bifold funeral program from closing. He also charged be 100% upfront even though franchise policy is 50% and when brought to his attention he said "That is what i charge you people" He is very unprofessional and deceitful and I would never recommend this location for any project/printing needs.

I have used Minutemen in a pinch at an out of state location and everything went great. When another need arose but in Sacramento, I gave this location a call. I needed same day turnaround. Unfortunately they were booked two weeks out and could not help with my project however, they referred me to a local printer that was able to take our project and executed it perfectly. I am grateful that they were professional in their referral and was focused on connecting me to the services I needed vs not getting my business.

Minuteman Press-Midtown location has been my go to place for my printing needs. They have done some top notch service for me throughout the years and I've meant to write a review every time but just never got around to it...until today. My most recent experience last week reminded me of my neglect. I was going to a really important event and realized that I was out of business cards. Frankly, I was pretty nervous that I had waited to the last minute and I was going to be out of luck. On Tuesday early morning I went online and used their website to download my logo, included my information, (it was super easy) and submitted it...with a prayer. Later that morning I called the store and talked to a very friendly Stephanie. I knew it was a long shot but I thought I'd just plea my case for getting the cards printed for my event the on Wednesday, the following day. Much to my pleasant surprise she told me not to worry and assured me they would be done on time. She was great but I was still on edge because I really needed this supply of cards. Not only did I receive the cards on Wednesday morning but Kurt, the owner, delivered them to me. From the time I submitted the order to moment I received them in hand was within 26 hours! 26 hours! The cards looked beautiful. If you want customer service that is exemplary and a fine work product, Minuteman Press is the only place in Sacramento.

I had a wonderful experience with Minuteman Press. The quality of work was great and I will defiantly be using them again in the future for all of our needs. They were very professional and delivered all our flyers (35,000) earlier then expected which made it even easier for us to distribute. I would highly recommend to anyone.
