April and her team personify the words customer service. I should probably get out my thesaurus to fully verbalize all of the positive things I have to say about this company. April is the first person you meet. She's friendly, down to earth, positive, and encouraging. Once you decide to publish with O'Leary, you meet people like Heather, the head editor who so expertly helps you see what you can't see in your own work, and Jessica, a book designer, who views and modifies your project with the eyes of an artist. Suzzete, the project manager, joins in and moves your project along, with frequent and affirming communication. When you ask dumb questions, or questions they've already answered, you get zero indication that they've already told you that! Later on, Mike beautifully develops a website required for your book's promotion and helps with domain names, payment accounts, etc. . Everyone is extremely efficient, capable, timely, and informative. The process moves quickly, yet there is plenty of explanation and "handholding" as you progress. Whenever I was new to any of the tasks needing to be completed, whomever was leading that part of the process was available, ready, and willing to explain, spend time on the phone or on email or on a Zoom with me at almost a moment's notice. Many people help bring your project to fruition, but there is constant communication between and among them. The comprehensive way O'Leary Publishing works is exactly what I needed. As I have said, writing my book was the easy part. Getting published was the part that O'Leary Publishing is so expert at. Not only the writing aspects, but the way they teach you to promote and market your product is top notch.
