Miss Winn is top-notch! I've worked with her as an author, and on the other side, helping her with her books and clients, and she does such a great job navigating her clients. She asks questions, figures out the need, and finds the best route to get there for them in a way that's affordable. She's busy, she works a lot, and there's nothing wrong with that! She's got a great business, and if she chooses to work with you, you should be thankful for her time and expertise. Because you won't find this kind of deal somewhere else. (I've recently had the unfortunate experience to work with another publisher for a client of mine, and literally every piece of it has been going wrong. Just makes me so much more thankful Miss Winn knows what she's doing. She's got it going on!!!!)

Amazing quality publication!! She did an excellent job putting my book together and was very thorough in her communication with me. She fixed any errors within 24 hours and the turnaround for my book was so much quicker than anticipated! She's incredible and I refer everyone to her! Not to mention that she promotes my work so much and has been genuine throughout the entire process! Loved the experience!

This was such an unprofessional and frustrating experience. The company created errors with our children's book, during publishing. When I made her aware of her first error (misspelling my name on Amazon) she updated it. A customer later told me there was yet a 2nd error at no fault of mine (prior to receiving the author copies promised in December)..Winn Publications added duplicate pages and completely forgot an entire page of the book. Final mistake was found upon finally receiving our 2 author copies months later and seeing that Winn Publications, published the entirely wrong pdf ( a rough draft) for our book that had an error that my friend caught and made the company aware of it and completely fixed prior to publishing.

Absolute negligence and a lack of attentiveness on the companies part is what caused this, we emailed the final error free draft of our book to her 2wks prior to publishing. We found out in March ( when our author copies finally came), that every book purchased and mailed from January 1st up until that point, was an incorrect version she uploaded. After making the publisher aware of her error, she sent an email without so much as an apology or offer to take ownership and fix her errors. Instead she sent an email with a "termination packet" for our contract effective immediately. She informed me in this unapologetic email, that she had immediately unpublished the book, removed it from amazon completely, her website and all her social media platforms, also removed her winn publication logo as my publisher and the ISBN. Stating she would not be able to recover from these errors, its too much of a loss on her end, and felt this was best for both of us. It was best for her so wouldn't have to face the public again about another error. Since every published error thus far was completely her fault, because she was not paying attention. Basically that way her company wouldn't have to take responsibility for their detrimental irresponsibility in the faulty publishing of our book..this way it only looks bad on the 1st time author & illustrator. Quite frankly, as that 1st time author this was literally the worst business experience EVER!!!!!

Then when I requested the money that I paid her be returned since she failed to complete her end of the contract with the services she offered, she won't respond to emails, calls or texts. Truly disheartening, that woman and this company is not reputable at all. Still waiting for her to respond and she has not.
