I am one of the unfortunate people that didn't have a good experience with this company. In a matter of fact, it has been two weeks since I started working with them! I paid full price to have the best and most complete service and am completely disappointed. My husband used the service years ago and was really impressed by they work, but at this time around we are both so tired of the back and forth. Even as for today, after two weeks, we found lots of spelling (!!) issues. Plus, they take over 24h to get back to me even though the corrections are minimal. It is not formatted for pages, I don't have the fonts they use, and the whole experience is a mess. Very unfortunate.

I can't say enough about my experience with this company!! In a few short days, after uploading 40 years of education and resumes, my writer, Samuel Torres, crafted the most relevant and personalized cover letter and resume that Ive ever had! Of course, I've always done them myself!! ?

I'm trying to get back into the workforce after a very long time.
He incorporated that not so desirable aspect of my life into showing how much I've actually done, during my 20 year hiatus of raising a family, that is relevant to the position I am seeking! I could not have done it by myself!!!
Once he submitted the first draft, instead of editing it myself, I asked Samuel if I could read everything outloud to him line by line and customize it one on one. It worked beautifully! As I was making personalized interjections, I could hear him typing. It was so cool. It was a very efficient way to finish it in actual REAL TIME!! We molded it together within a few hours. He gladly let me make the corrections I felt were important and ended up getting the most customized resume I could've ever imagined!!

Update: Look at the yelp reviews first and please beware of this "business". Their "customer service" is as garbage as their "services" and is only interested in you up to the point of making a payment, after that point they don't care about anything at all. They'll ghost you after that and straight up ignore everything, don't support organizations like that with your money, they can't be trusted. You will get literally 0 interviews and when you ask about feedback, they'll tell you in a polite way that your resume is written in an absolutely trash way.

I wouldn't use this service again or recommend it to any of my friends and kinda regret not checking the yelp reviews earlier. First of all, you'll get multiple mistakes and issues in every version to the point it becomes tiresome, it's just weird to pay for a service that is rendered in a way you still have to proofread and finish it yourself or hire another company to fix their work, as they for some reason don't address those concerns. Professional resume writers know that typos and mistakes can be costly when job hunting, but this company doesn't seem to realize this (or simply they just don't care). Adding a star for a kind writer. Site is also wonky and should've made me alert in the first place, but decided to give it a shot under assumption that they're probably a small business. Overall, this company doesn't have much in common with any form of professionalism.
