I came all the way from Danville Ca to SCAA . I signed in at 2.30 pm and said that I am looking at the video of a data analysis I don't understand what the teacher is asking me to do.I need help to understand the teacher's directions ,The receptionist Savanah said we dont help with any thing that we have to read on the computer .My class is online .I have been helped by tutors in the SCAA many many times .I don't know what happened today.The tutor Tia was sitting with one student since 2.30 until 4.50pm and she was the only one available helping him on the computer.I guess it is aboutbeing lucky with a tutor who is understanding .and wants to help or a tutor who chooses to help someone else.Very sad .I am disappointed at the non professionalism of the tutor Tia.This one star is for Tia .
