I had an exceptional experience with this group. I had not self-published in more than 20 years, and there wasn't a question they could not answer, accurately and with precision. The stepwise process was overwhelming for me at times, yet through each step, Cascadia's staff steered me in the correct direction and never pressured me on my decision-making. They also went above and beyond in answering many questions that were only indirectly related to my book project to help me understand the bigger picture of self-publishing a self-help book in the field of healthcare (sleep medicine).
