Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered materials on 3/16/2024 was sent an email that I would have my order on 3/25/2024. No merchandise - received emails from them stating that FedEx was delayed and would be here the following day - no merchandise. This went on for a week. Attempted to contact customer support and was told they did their job all they had to do was ship the product. It is not their problem that FedEx lost it or has not delivered it. Attempted to call the next day to speak to a manger or supervisor for help Spoke with Patty (HR Director) and when stated that I was looking for help and that the young lady I spoke with being rude has frustrated me more - she became very defensive and said she did nothing wrong and I was at fault. I stated it was best to separate ways and cancel my order and get my money back - she said " I Agree". When asked about refund she said when Fed Ex returns the stuff she will process a refund (This could be forever - FedEx has not been able to deliver the stuff here) She again stated that is not their fault they did their job. She doesn't want me to "steal" the product by getting a refund and the product if an when Fed Ex does deliver it. I asked for the General Manger of Owner and she refused to give me that information - I did not need it. Ended up being forced to charge back the charges through my bank.
