I really appreciate how you take the time to understand and work with me to figure out what is best for my life/body/mind. You were able to help me stay more on top of tasks and get a real day to day schedule going, even during summer. Helped to create lists to manage daily activities and hold myself accountable. I have been more productive and have been able to more easily maintain a fairly good schedule. I've also been able to change up my diet in beneficial ways not just for my body but for my mind. You have an ability to understand my son's thinking process and be flexible with the way his brain works. You were able to fill in the gaps with systems he needed to put into place to be successful. Prior to your coaching, my son struggled. My son had 3 majors, random professional paths, and failing college grades. You asked very directive questions to help him arrive at what he wanted to do. Within a short period of time, he got clear on what he wanted to professionalize, and what he wanted to keep as a hobby. You gave my son concrete, actionable items dealing with academics, professional development, and time management.
