My case was simple and yet the price they charged kept changing. I was told it would be 10k but they had to have a retainer for 20k but they would likely be able to refund me the difference. I was told this would cover the fees associated with the lawsuit. It didn't. It ended up costing me closer to 30k for a simple open shut case. The help was pretty good. They were responsive but my lawyer has been out of school for 1.5 yrs. Not much experience but I was billed like he was an expert. I could have obtained a Harvard graduate with 25 years experience for $800 an hour and it would have been a better fit with less cost. I would not recommend them.

Advisor law proved to be the best law firm for my case because they only work for financial advisors, and they understand in detail how the industry judges' advisors i.e. "Guilty till proven innocent".
Advisor law saw immediately that the accusations were clearly erroneous and false. The fact that I was smart enough to retain advisor law to handle this case proved absolutely the best decision I could have made as an advisor. I knew I was never in the wrong, and I just needed the right team to go to bat for me. "Full expungement" was the result of the actions and again the case was completed with the ruling stating that the "claim, allegation, or information is factually impossible or clearly erroneous and the claim, allegation, or information is FALSE".
THANK YOU ADVISOR LAW!!!

Hired AdvisorLaw to represent me. My experience is that too many conflict of interest existing in their representation process.
They did not put in full effort in negotiating an engagement on my behalf in order to secure a more expensive one. They will push you to file for an expungement engagement without taking into account all the facts.
Also be mindful of changing engagement letters and your attorney will not make you aware of these changes, for example initially your retainer will carry over to new engagements but at some point that will change to becoming fully earned upon completion of a project. They will also bill you for support staff sending you a bill and coordinating meeting.
Be wary of this firm.

AdvisorLaw was exceptional in every way. First, their legal assessment of my case was precise and accurate. Second, they met every deadline and every commitment exactly on time. Their lawyers and assistants were completely professional and always well-prepared. Third, they prepared the case extremely well and delivered exactly what they promised. Finally, Advisor Law achieved a great outcome for me which was consistent with their initial assessment of what they could achieve. I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of my relationship with AdvisorLaw and I recommend them highly.

Advisor Law is a very efficient firm. They gave me detailed information at the start so I would know the complete process ahead, then kept me informed every step of the way. The best part was that they brought my case to a successful conclusion. I couldn’t be more pleased.
