Ok let me tell anyone about this company , my cousin refused to sign anymore paperwork after his lawyer did not tell a special trustee was not the same as a trustee when asked him if he was going to be the trustee over his brother that he adopted and told the lawyer he did not want a trust but our attorney that works near Hampton and is very good friends with some dud that is connected to trust companies Well this is a fact I do not know how they can consult anything with us and our attorney and a witness that told me the day of the settlement they never saw judge either.This is what he gets, ok his settlement was 3.2 million dollars, now he gets 436.a week and 100 in cash with bills paid. Now this child 23 years old can not get any cash so he can not get whatever he wants with his money that he almost died for. But you can look on all the paperwork that his brother or guardian that the trust and other trust companies has is a copy of his signature. Because he will not sign anything. All we know is in 4 to years years it went from 3.2 million dollars to 2.4 million dollars 💵 and on the paperwork they say they are giving cash to this guy and paying a nursing company 16 thousand to 17 thousand and now if anything happens to him they get everything. And we tried firing her by writing her letters and having my nephew who the trust is for sign the letter, but she would not open it just send it back. This awful he can't go to a store and buy a soda when this case should have been thrown out, because no lawyers or my nephew and his guardian never saw a judge And also we have no idea who's name the check came in, but they wanted his brother to fund the trust and we have no idea where it went and who's name it was in so how could his brother fund anything and also the first trustee we ever dealt with disappeared with a good bit of money and they are trying to go to court and make someone else responsible for the missing funds.but they never send the first trustee paperwork or his name but my God they are always adding more things and taking more money or it says cash. They do not wan to talk about or show any of his records, but guess what I have all of them. Please get away from anyone was ever involved with someone like these people I am talking about. Thank u Please someone tell us how to fund a trust with out us and the disabled adult and the lawyers haveing never seeing a judge. I am pretty someone is about to get in a world of trouble for not having judge, signing and saying you saw and sat down with his brother and then telling the other judge we never saw which is number The second judge that we were told that she said she saw us but we have no idea who she is. Please do not trust trust companies or attorneys that work with or for them. It's not over yet.tell what u think about what I have said.

My Mother had her assets with them. After her passing, the money went into Fidelity. Fidelity messed my access up and Tommy fixed it. Then Fidelity messed my name and ssn up and Greg fixed that. I must say, Advocacy knows what they are doing. Tommy Johnson and Greg Knauff are very helpful. Tommy is a great guy. Greg can fix any problem you have quickly. If I didn't already have a GUY, Advocacy would be next in line. Very pleased with communication and service. Thank You Very Much, Advocacy.
