Meeting Al and being in his shop was a real pleasant experience. We had fun as he took my passport photo. He is waiting on some new equipment but wanted me to leave happy. Al made a makeshift studio using his front door, a white sheet, and sunlight. It took me back to all my DIY school and personal projects. He followed up with great communication and genuine smile. The photo came out great.

Al is a sweet patient owner of this shop. He is very competent and sweet. Affordable pricing if that’s important to you, but I’ve had to do a lot of live scans and this is the least stressful one I’ve done. If there’s a few people ahead of you when you get their ask him to call you when he’s available. He manages the phone/store by himself.

Always a pleasure to have Mr. Bratcher help me with what I need. I've used him passport photos, livescan and his photography skills for various personal and work events (a long time ago). I will admit that it did take some time to receive my pictures, but the quality of the photos that I received were pretty good. I was asked for copies by the guests. Again, I highly recommend his services.

Wonderful experience. I have had a few LiveScans done and this was by far the best all-around experience. Small shop with the owner running the show. He was picky about each of the prints to assure they were clear and readable. I highly recommend Al's for stress free fingerprinting.
