I have been a client for two years. Now at the beginning I was plastered with one sales attempt after another after another after another after another to buy another program. Another book another DVD and yet another sales pitch to buy more. I finally got angry and send them an email asking them to cease and desist with trying to sell me more and they did stop the barrage know I just get an email every couple of days and I go to click on to the members area and it does not connect and when it does connect my account is frozen for about 1 1/2 years. Now I am not impressed their information does seem to be quite good. I'll have to admit nothing is stupid or silly. They did stop the constant barrage of sales pitches. When I asked them to so my real complaint is my account being frozen for a year and a half and yes I have sent them numerous emails

Bought a program from them. They had a "system upgrade" where I lost some of the digital content from the online platform that they host the program on.. I brought this to their attention and I was informed that they wouldn't replace the missing content as it was a program they no longer sold.... they have potentially thousands of customers in the same boat as me and we all get snubbed because they dont uphold quality control if they happen to drop a product from their product line..... perfect logic Altare Publishing!! Nice to know that if we hand our money over to you that we can trust in the fact we'll receive what we paid for... NOT.

The customer support staff I spoke to on the phone were condescending, blunt and completely unwilling to alleviate the situation in any way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was exactly the same. She said there had been lots of people in my situation and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I was made to feel like just another nagging customer on an apparently long list of other nagging customers in my situation.. It was their fault that my product was made somewhat defective because of their, "system upgrade" and they're the ones that feel inconvenienced by lots of unsatisfied customers calling them! Altare Publishing stinks. Don't buy their products. You'll get screwed over somehow.
