I wish there have a choice with NO star!

As first time author, we thought it would be good for someone hold our hand. However, the decision we made to go with them was the painful process. Every steps needed to babysit! Communication was horrible!

We had entire book designed and ready for publication. However, working with them made whole process very frustrated. They can made very simple mistakes, like put wrong name on Amazon. It’s unbelievable!

The process, the only thing they were eager to call us was about buying marketing services. We were fascinated how they can messed up all the simple things, how can we feel comfortable paying for marketing?

If you are first time author, be very careful choosing them! Working with them almost a year, still doesn’t get book to publish right! Maybe we were unlucky, signed up with a lousy team.

This service is very good at making sure that I am happy with what they provide and they allow me my time to pay obviously not for an extreme time but they don’t want to cause panic or stress and so don’t mind that I’m struggling with scraping the money together. Great service. Would recommend.
