I did some work with this NPO during my capstone. The workers there are certainly diligent and I will agree that their NPO is doing a definitive good for those that are incarcerated, but I sincerely wish that they would do a better job at cataloguing and alphabetizing their inventory so that the requestor of the book has a higher chance of receiving what is asked of APBP
