First time in the store. Scheduled introductory class for MacBook and the iPhone. The staff is great. Walked in when store open, nice atmosphere and clean location. Will come in future needed. All the items are on display, nice organization and good lighting.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Montgomery Mall today. I made an appointment to pick up a new iPhone and trade in my old one. The first person I spoke to quickly transferred me to someone else, who was already juggling three other customers at the same time.

I was planning to trade in my phone, purchase new accessories, and ask a few questions about transferring data—but instead, he just handed me the phone, told me I could complete the trade-in within 14 days, and said I’d have to wait.

What’s the point of making an appointment if the staff can’t actually dedicate time to help you? I eventually left because it was clear I wouldn’t be getting proper assistance anytime soon. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other Apple Store, and I would not recommend this location.

What a professional and amazing staff !!!
I just went walk in got an appointment soon and the technician solve my problem in no time.
I am amazed by the number of tehcnician there ( around 20) which shows how the company well staffed the store so that the customer is treated well and in time.

I had a disappointing experience with customer support regarding multiple issues with my device, including battery drainage, overheating, and intermittent Bluetooth connectivity.

I had an appointment with Mr. Justin, the service representative, at 6:50 PM. He ran diagnostics and acknowledged the physical damage to the device. However, he informed me that since it was a Bluetooth issue, I needed to speak with the service department. Mr. Justin called service from my phone and handed the phone to me. I spoke with a representative who spent considerable time addressing my concerns. Eventually, I was transferred to a senior tech advisor, Mr. Blue, who advised me to return to the store's service tech.

In the end, they concluded that they couldn’t fix the device. Unfortunately, my issues remain unresolved, leading me to decide against purchasing an additional device.

I got a new phone 16 Pro Max and after three months battery was swallowed and I get to the Apple Store. The Technical support is Michael fix battery but he didn’t help me to transfer the all accounts from my old iPhone to the Fixed iPhone, 16 Pro Max .He was not nice to me and did not help me.
I am very disappointed with the attitude of Apple Store employees towards their customers.
I have a lot of products from this Apple Store and I have bought every year new iPhone and other products. I would never ever ever back to bay anything anymore to Apple Montgomery mall.
And I would never ever recommend that Apple Montgomery Mall anyone.

I had an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement. I showed up, they made me wait, then did diagnostics, and then told me that they had no availability for a battery replacement and to come back another day. Since I work in DC, I tried the Apple Store Carnegie Library instead today. They did the same exact thing. Thank you for wasting my time. Not sure what the point of appointments are, but clearly there needs to be a change in how appointments are handled at Apple Stores. If there are no service spots left for the rest of the day, you should save the customer time and cancel the appointment and certainly not invite them to wait only to be turned away later. Please do better.

They do a good job of triage and getting you to the right associate. Plenty of products so you can get hands-on. A bit cool on the day I was there. Schedule your Genius Bar appointment well in advance.
