I ordered a used book from abe books and the book was being sent from Aspen Book Co. Due to the snow storm and freezing rain and snow plows, the book in the mailbox got tossed on the ground and was completely saturated, 100% every page.
The seller, when I wrote about the incident, IMMEDIATELY issued me a refund. THAT is one of the reasons why I shall look for books from Aspen Book Co. in the future.
