If you need a tax preparer go to the best tax preparers in OC at Barrera Insurance . Been coming here for over a decade & they're the only ones I'll ever use. They also do accounting so they will get you the most back.

An amazing experience with my taxes! I got great customer service, and I got what was most convenient to me! Ive been going here ever since I turned 19, and so far my experience has been better than my friends! I highly recommend this place if you want to get the best outcome for your taxes. Its always so complicated but they opened my eyes to how it truly works. So so so amazing. I am now very comfortable with the team.

First time in a long time doing person to person taxes. My preparer, Toneth, is n amazing guy. Friendly and amicable towards his position. Great conversation. The staff at the locale was great too. Highly recommend doing your taxes here as a first timer and occurring customers! Shout out to Lola for being great!

Natasha is wonderful. She's not just your average tax expert, she is quality at it's best. She provided advice on how to diversify my portfolio and I look forward to her help in real estate as well. The card I received showing gratitude for service sealed the deal for me. It may not seem like much, but the act of thanking a customer via card makes one feel valued.

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE . My husband is still trying to get his 2019 taxes refund resolved. He Worked with Adrianna the most unprofessional person ever tries to be little you. Never in the office when I call. Or they have other clients to work on before my issue when I already paid them for their service. Once they have nothing to say they don't care to hear what you have to say they will talk over you and say they'll callback which is never . I Went sometime early 2020 to attempt to get this 2019 matter resolved she ignored me when I was talking to her, rolled her eyes I had to follow her to her office because she walked away as I was trying to resolve this matter had the audacity to ask if I was "stalking her " this is the face of the office. I just received my 2019 return and got less than half of what I was told I'd get and according to the IRS these are changes I requested . Who would request to get less than what you expect with no notice I called to see what form was signed that allows them to make changes without my permission & I'm now waiting to hear back from Natasha because Adriana is never in the office . It took my current tax person about 10mins to review and explain what this notice says . I will come back with an update . this company is fraud

Don't do ur taxes here we can't respond to replies on reviews but her response to my previews review was the quickest respond I've received from them. U can tell how childish they just by their response. these people are the most unprofessional people starting with adrianna that's why im getting my tax preparation fee returned by her ! her response when we asked for a refund was a laugh a please and then she asked " is that what it's going to take for you to stop calling" . Sorry you did half the job and I've been the one calling with no follow ups. No one ever called to get information and even with my permission to speak with my spouse they disrespected her. Even when we both went to the office together they disrespected her . Save your time and go else where better customer service childhish management .
