I kept getting the runaround from SIXT, they kept calling and emailing me and trying to make me pay for damage that was already noted in our agreement and on record via video and with one of their employees. They kept saying I needed to pay. I contacted the BBB on Tuesday, submitted all the emails, videos and records we had on this matter...the next day it was resolved. I cannot thank you enough for helping us with what should have never been an issue in the first place. You guys were WAY faster than I expected and beyond helpful and professional, thank you a million times over!

Great service! I recently had an issue with a business that refused to refund me for services not provided. I attempted to resolve the problem with the company twice before filing a complaint with the BBB. I heard from the business within 24 hours of my complaint, and a full refund was given. I just use BBB to file a complaint against a “home security company” due to non resolved issue directly with this company for over 2 weeks, I was not listening about the issue and the company keep transferring me to the wrong departments. The home security company canceled my contract as en error and I was charged “an early termination fee” and I did not cancel my service, but customer service keep throwing the ball from department to department. I decided to go straight to BBB and I file this complaint on Saturday and I was amazed how fast they acted. Today Monday, not even 48 hours later I received a satisfactory resolution from the business and all thanks to the BBB. Good businesses want to be in good stand with the BBB, specially large corporations/companies, and I appreciate that my issue was resolved, thank you BBB.

They have been awesome! This is the second time I had to contact the BBB because of running into dead ends with an extended warranty company through Sears. Each time they have been a great asset in helping me get my issues resolved. I know without their help, I would still be dealing with huge headaches if they had not stepped in and help me get my issues resolved.

I returned a cell phone to Straight Talk Wireless and tried for months to get my refund. Finally I created a case with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted the company and started a case where they acted as the "Go Between" for myself and the company. We had many days of communications and it took some time, but now I have the refund. I owe it all to BBB. Thank you very much BBB.
