I truly enjoyed working with Shameka Pointer!! She walked me through my book writing experience from start to finish. I wanted my book published within a quick time-frame and she delivered. Horrible customer service. I wanted my book to be published in a quick- time frame. I’ve never received my books nor have I’ve received any copy myself. I paid full price and have nothing to show for it . Before sending over my book it was edit and already type up. Although the we had communication throughout the process, Ms.Shameka will state that it was always miscommunication. Anytime she will edit the book it was either missed spelling or pages in the wrong order. I was suppose to receive my books on September 11 2021 I signed the contract to get the process started August 26, 2021 and still haven’t received anything. After she stated she posted my book on Amazon she chose to use my card information to order my books without my permission and stated it was miscommunication. If I paid $500 for book publishing you should not ask the author to buy their own books and you pay them back . Still to this day September 20,2021 I haven’t received any copy of my book . I suppose to have 5 books and don’t have anything she’s a scam !
