Working with Chris was a comfortable way to move forward with publishing my book. He was always attentive to my concerns with publishing. There were some snags along the way but all got resolved. Arthur was amazing and really got the job done for me.
Anytime I called there was a quick return response.

I have been working with Chris Anderson as my publishing agent and he has been amazing. He answers all of my questions and is always available to help me. He also has a great personality and has become a friend as well. I don't know what I would have done without him.

Scam alert, they didn't fulfill most of the things they promised on my contract. The manuscript formatting was shutty, and they published my book with a bunch of spelling errors. In addition, I had to send angry emails to get them to respond...and they will lie to try to sell you more products before they even publish the book to try to get more money out of you...don't make the same mistake I made

While my book did get published in the end (5/6 months later) - I would advise other authors to use a different publishing company. Between delays, no responses, working with 4 different people in the process, it was very frustrating. I constantly had to point things out that were in my contract or things that an experienced publisher should know. There were many times when a week would go by and there would be no response to my questions. They continuously tried to sell me additional add ons and I really had to pull teeth to make this book happen. The book looks fine and a couple women whom I worked with were very nice and pleasant, but I would still advise not to work with this company.

I want to start by saying that having a book published was on my bucket list and I am so glad I took the leap of faith. I will say it was the most expensive book I will ever own, but I am so glad I did it. I am just hoping everyone loves my book as much as I do. A lot of work went into it and I am so happy with how it is coming out. Arthur Brown is my final project manager and he has been amazing and helping me with every question and guiding me throughout the process. His team is wonderful and has done everything I have asked for even better than I imagined.
