Was contacted by the BBB about a negative report from one of my customers. There was no truth to this report. After explaining how my customer was the general contractor for the project, making her responsible for her own sub-contractors. They need to fact check this response! BBB said, we are publishing the report and you will have to join the BBB to respond. WOW!!!!!! BLACKMAIL !!!! This customer filed a lawsuit and my insurance company, did look into the false claim and Denied The Claim.

I filled out an accreditation with the BBB. And multiple ppl tried to contact me. I talked to one that seemed real helpful in wanting to help set up my page after I was cleared. I told them I will try it for a month check it out and see if I’m interested. They never said it was a year contract, they never said I could cancel anytime. I didn’t agree to auto payment. They never sent out my promised material. So after not getting the stuff promised or any calls to see if I need help. I didn’t call back to set anything else up. I see a charge and call the lady I originally spoke to. She kept trying to convince me stay. I said no. I just want my money back for this month and take me off this auto payment that I never agreed on. She said with a not happy voice that she “would see what she can do” so I waited to hear from her that day she never called back. Next day i never heard from her. I tried to call the office number 4 times and didn’t get an answer. So I started to call her cell phone and went straight to VM. After the 4th time of being sent to VM. I called from a WiFi number and she answered. She was like yeah they agreed to let you off the contract, but we won’t refund the second month. But never called to tell me that. I had to call 9 times before I got ahold of her and that was from another number. I said I only agreed on the first month. She said that’s too bad. So I’m disputing it now.

JDI HANDYMAN SERVICES.....Definitely recommend them...Dave and I are repeat customers. The guys are great....very nice...answer all questions...make suggestions...cleanup every day...we will be using them to re-do our home room by room.

Synergistic Roofing and Solar, LLC Centerville, Ohio 45459 worked on our house and did a fantastic job! From the initial contact through to finish the communications, the quality of work and finish were great. We highly recommend them. That was the good news . Bad news said they would come back to re do some items . They did not finish the job.

Skam... The Better Business Bureau is just advertising and that is all. They want your money and they will keep calling and calling and telling you that you have to go with their company. They act like for you to have a reputable business you need to pay them to have them put you on an A+ rating. That is completely wrong. I have 4.9 stars in my business on Google and that is good enough for me. I don't need to pay any more advertising especially the Better Business bureau.

Over the past three days I've gotten so many spam calls from Assurance IQ that I stopped counting. There was a hour there when they called me 15 times. So, I looked them up on the BBB website...

How in the world does the BBB award a company an A+ when customers are giving them a 1.08 out of 5 stars?! BBB must be getting paid-off (best rating money can buy).

We had new siding put on our house and garage a little over a year ago. A couple of weeks ago a juvenile decided to vandalize our property, which resulted in a hole on the side of our house in the siding. Today Nate and Jake from All Seals came out and repaired it. Our home looks as good as new. They were fast, friendly, professional, and any and everything you would want to have in taking care of your sighting. Many thumbs up to these two gentlemen and this company for restoring our home to its beauty.
